Dear Friends,
Last night, I watched the Suns play almost an entire game. It was not very good. Neither the Suns nor the Warriors are good teams right now. A lot of the game was painful to watch, to be honest.
Although the Suns looked good and strong for much of the fourth quarter, which was a nice change to some of the other endings I've either watched or read about, they are just not a good basketball team. That ending was brutal. Don't believe the hype on this team. They won't beat any of the really good teams when it counts later this spring.
This is crow I would like to eat, too. I hope I am wrong. I would love to see a Suns championship as much as anyone, but I don't see it happening this year. They are too brittle.

We had a nice Fat Figs dinner last night. Good stuff. Fun conversation and Tacos Chiwas is outstanding.

Liam's ankle is sprained. I'm so glad he didn't break it. What a stresser that was for us. I've been ruminating on the feelings I expressed yesterday about there being nothing worse than knowing your child is in pain. I am still of the mind that it's the worst thing there is.
I'm not a fan of seeing him hobble around on crutches. Here's to quick healing.
